No. Partners are paid for eligible referrals; the arrangement does not require either side to send clients back. If you introduce a business that becomes an active, paid client, you earn the commission described above.

What happens if the client cancels? +

Yes, but it is optional. The default partner program is simpler: refer the client and earn recurring commission. If an agency needs behind-the-scenes delivery under its own brand, that can be scoped separately.
